After researching photography as part of the area i think i would most like a career in i came across a photographer called Amy stein. She is a fine art photographer and is a teacher studying in New York. I enjoyed looking through her website seeing posts about other photographers that inspire her. It also led me to finding more photographers that do interesting work which has inspired me to put certain techniques into pieces of my own work. Another thing i enjoyed about the blog is that she lists her influences and inspirations. I felt this was good to continue my own going research and helped me to see how she wants her work to develop. I thought it was interesting to look through her portfolio to find everything put into projects such as 'domesticated, stranded and women and guns.' All these images give strong messages to viewers.
